Ideas on various Au/m21 project ideas
This page comprises of a few notes on the various development ideas that have come up (at least, my take on them)

Magic Meetings System
A combination of furniture, computers and software to produce "auto-annotating" digital "documents" of workshops and meetings
Hardware:
- Special Table (see/find page about Mike's designs)
- Cameras (one for each participant and one or two general views)
- Microphones (lapel mics for each and ambient as backup)
- Computer(s) (Possibly just one big one to record all the streams - may also need individual ones to pre-process media)
- Input devices (Java client for PDAs and "smart" phones, and PC/Mac based option for laptops etc)
Software
- Record (MPEG 4) streams of video and audio
- Store meta-data (MPEG 7) items from participants
Playback/interrogation
- Web-based (?) interface to media
- Search/browse meta-data and find media related to that
Virtual Meeting-place
A VR space to congregate inspired by Constellations ideas of relationship mapping
