How can Languaging, Envisioning and Pushing and Doing work synergetically with New Knowing?

New Knowing acts in a process mainly as a diverger, e.g. seeks to broaden a discussion and spur further curiosity. New Knowing depends upon other avatars to make sense and set objectives for further work. New Knowing has a license to intuitively pose questions or make statements or suggestions, without backup in terms of facts, budget etc. New Knowing is the enfant terrible, the joker, the child in The Emperors New Clothes, or the itchy grain of sand in an oyster. New Knowing can therefore be supremely annoying and be perceived (quite rightly so) as acting irresponsibly. However, it can add fresh perspectives (or ‘just’ a laugh to a discussion) and is therefore accepted and even valued. New Knowing has an almost uncanny flair for timing and synchronicity and is an organism basically covered in sensors. New Knowing thrive on free associations, story-telling, chance encounters, intuitive making processes. New Knowing have a picture or idea in its head, ‘knows’ its right or interesting or important, and is dependent on other avatars to find evidence for its validity.

New Knowing is a representative of Lucky People. According to Wiseman (2004) some characteristics of ‘lucky people’ are:
_ A skill at generating and detecting opportunities;
_ Trust in intuition for decision making;
_ Positive expectations; and
_ A “resilient attitude that transforms bad luck into good.”
(Wiseman, 2004)

Languaging~~ – ~~#FF0000:New knowing

New Knowing is dependent on Languaging for translating (in its widest and most creative sense) a ‘funnel’ for New Knowing’s sensing, and after sensing, for Languaging to making sense of – understanding relevance - translating and ‘packaging’ its perceptions and ideas to Pushing and Doing and Envisioning.

Envisioning~~ – ~~#FF0000:New knowing

Envisioning is essential for framing direction (creating a funnel) for New Knowing’s sensing, and building models of and strategically understanding and putting into a larger context New Knowing’s hunches, which might lead to new funnels.

Pushing Doing~~ - ~~#FF0000:New knowing

Pushing and doing is necessary for ‘catching the balls’ that New Knowing throws out, and making them into action and tangible outcomes.

When does the New Knowing become relevant/ serve as a tool for each of the other groups during the Metadesign process?
