m21 Team Meeting
Closed preparatory meeting for the Pines Calyx workshop to be held on 1st February 2008
- 10.00am-1.00pm - Pines Calyx Workshop planning
Tasks to be completed:
- Questionnaires to send participants to fill in before workshop (based on personal attributes) or tacit skills for a meta-designer.
- Detailed outline of each of the 5 workshop sessions, including: aims, tools, props, who facilitates?
- Specific roles for each of the expert consultants
- Detailed structure for the Evaluation sessions
- Prepare an m21 leaflet to send out (see initial draft)
- Discuss questions of "ownership" - rules for co-creativity e.g.copyleft
, creative commons etc.
Suggested responsibilities
- John B - Development of matrix database into a useful workshop evaluation tool (advised by Han and Batel)
- Batel - Rapid evaluation of tools as tasklist (for completion) shortlist for Pines Calyx (with JW + relevant authors)
- Hannah - Mapping task/people scenarios towards timetabling the 2 Pines Calyx days (with Julia)
- Julia - Mapping task/people scenarios towards timetabling the 2 Pines Calyx days (with Hannah)
- Anette - Researching an outline IPR policy for m21
- John W - Initiating new funding bids / recruiting for 2 the missing guests
1.00pm LUNCH
- 2.00pm - Anette - Report on IPR
- 2.05pm - discussion of IPR
- 2.15pm - Continuation of morning's tasks
- 4.30pm - review of the day's progress
- 4.45pm - conclusions and resolutions (priorities/adjustments/issues arising)
Suggested responsibilities
- John B - Development of matrix database into a useful workshop evaluation tool (advised by Han and Batel)
- Batel - Making workable repertoire of tools for Pines Calyx (initial presentation to Hannah + JW)
- Hannah - Allocating tasks for development of essential tools (initially with Julia)
- Julia - Refinement of the intended/expected flow of the 2 days
- Anette - Mapping out content and format for a workshop guide leaflet (initially with JW)
- Ann - management of m21 database + planning for funding bids (in discussion with JW)
- John W - Thinking through the workshop leaflet / Refining wiki templates (with Anette)
