10.30am - 1.00pm - Outline of workshop scenario, agreed and reviewed by all researchers

2.00pm - 5.00pm - Paired/Individual tasks:

• Finalization of programme
• Resources check-list for the workshop
• Assigned roles for researchers and advisers during the workshop (Hannah)
• Completion of workshop leaflet to send out, inc. questionnaires and research form (Anette)
• Preparation of Scribes templates (Julia)
• Preparation of constellations session + template to record it (John B and Batel)
• Check if they have internet at Pines Calyx / ask Jae Mather for maps, etc. (John)
